It offers a comfortable 79 sq.m. living space that stretches between two levels. On the ground floor is a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and bathroom with a shower cabin. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which en-suite) with shower cabins and a sitting area with sofa bed.
The kitchen features a regular sized refrigerator with freezer, a quadruple ceramic hob, a wall oven, an espresso coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, an electric kettle and a complete set of dinnerware, cookware and cooking utensils. Bedrooms are equipped with closets, dressing tables and king size anatomic 160 x 200 cm mattress. Other amenities include a 43'' flat screen smart TV in the living room, a washing machine, a dishwasher, air-conditioning units in both bedrooms and in the living room and free WiFi.
Outdoor amenities include two private balconies, each accessible from one of the bedrooms, a private sea-view terrace protected by a pergola and furnished with a dining area, a BBQ and free parking on location.
